What is the Winter Accountability Group? In essence, it's a commitment to accountability, a concept that holds immense power in achieving professional goals. Accountability groups consist of individuals who pledge to complete a specific activity, track their progress, and report their results to the group. It's a simple yet incredibly effective strategy for maintaining focus, staying on track, and achieving the results you desire.

The Winter Accountability Group at RE/MAX Whatcom County & Gateway, led by Briddick Webb (our #1 Individual Broker), takes this concept to the next level. Brokers in the group commit to completing a particular activity each week. They share their goals with the group, put them in writing, and then come back a week later to report on their success or setbacks. It may sound easy at first, but as any successful professional will tell you, consistency is the key.

The group meets every Monday for an hour, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for a total of six weeks. During these sessions, brokers share their progress, exchange tips and strategies, and most importantly, hold each other accountable. The power of this structure lies in the support and motivation that it provides. It's about creating an environment where brokers can lean on each other, learn from one another, and collectively strive for excellence.
